CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that plans can change, so we aim to offer flexibility wherever possible.

Free Cancellation: You may cancel your tour free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour departure are non-refundable, unless there are exceptional circumstances. In such cases, we may offer a full or partial refund at our discretion upon receiving supporting documentation.
Operator Cancellations: If we are required to cancel your tour for any reason, you will receive a full refund.
